Detail Cleaning
We start at the top, we do the base of the ceiling fans, we do the ceiling fan blades, we do the crystals, we do all the trim work around all doors and windows, and mini blinds and all baseboards throughout the house. In the kitchen we sanitize the inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets, if the cabinets do not go all the way up to the ceiling ,we climb up there and clean the top of your kitchen cabinets. We sanitize the drawers, pull out your refrigerator, do the baseboards and underneath the refrigerator, and the appliances will be wiped down. In the bathroom we do the tub or shower stall, we do the light fixtures, we do your mirrors, polish your faucets, also lavatory sink and the cabinet. We do front and back of all doors and doorknobs throughout the property. All light switches and plug-ins, All AC vents. We wipe hand-prints off walls. In the bedroom we do the closet, the bar and shelves . We clean the front door and back door inside and out. We clean inside glass only, unless asking for the outside at an additional charge. If you have glass sliding doors we do the track and we do the glass on both sides, we only do inside windows. We vacuum, sweep and mop the entire house on our way out so there are no footprints.
We have a good detail sheet that we go off of to make sure that we stay on track of our cleaning crew. Leader will go and check off the list to make sure everything has been completed and done to our satisfaction, then we will ask the customer to do the same if they wish.
